President Trump's endorsement of DeSantis helped him win the Republican primary. And DeSantis has positioned himself as a close ally of the president. Do you think that the president is a good role model for Florida's children? Well, look, what he did, and he's done it in a number of different ways, is he made promises to people when he was running for office
and most politicians forget those promises as soon as they take office and I think I think even his worst critic would say he's been somebody that has been determined to keep the promises he made and the Israel promise is something that I brought up because other presidents for 25 years
have been making that same promise and so what I would tell my kids is you know if you promise someone you're going to do something keep your word now we all have our faults and whatnot but I think that that was something
keeping your word is something that I think is a good thing to do.
