I'm sitting here shocked because
I spent over 3 decades with ICE.
And it's just incredible, these numbers.
That's what you get when you end catch and release.
President Trump ended catch and release. These people shouldn't be walking around the streets. However,
they restarted
catch and release. And while they're releasing these people, understand this. There are thousands of empty ice beds,
ice beds already paid for by ICE, already paid for sitting empty
by these people around the streets. And here's the scary part.
As Bill said, not only we got 2.2 million known data ways, right? We don't know who these people are, but we know they didn't get fingerprinted, didn't get vetted at all. But even with these numbers, people need to understand the vetting process on the southwest border.
Many people do get vetted on the southwest border. We don't have access
to criminal data
from El Salvador or Guatemala
or Venezuela
or China. So a lot of these countries, they can be criminals too, but we'll never know it because we don't have access to that data. So these numbers are obviously much higher than this.
And I'll agree with Bill on this, sanctuary cities are sanctuaries
for criminals. President Trump sued sanctuary cities were in
the middle lawsuit at the end of his presidency when the first thing Joe Biden didn't got in the office that told
DOJ to drop
the lawsuit. So it's like the perfect storm for American public safety. It's just incredible. So Tom, how does this happen?
We're told by the Biden administration that, oh, these people are coming across the border
illegally, but we're vetting them. We're putting them through a process. And then if eligible, they're allowed to remain in the United States.
How do they miss the part about convicted murderers? How do they miss the part about convicted of rape or sexual assault?
Because the vetting is terrible. Like I said, when you vet somebody, you only vet them against NCI databases.
And
some countries share criminal data, but most don't. And look, the examples that was 3 weeks ago, where they arrested a person, Ben Zuella, that was here in the United States, that was wanted for over 20 murders in his home country. But we didn't have that data during the vetting process. So that's the problem. And that's
why you don't end detention. You
don't do catch-release, like President Trump, to keep these people in custody till we have time to drill down in their histories
and make sure we know who these people are. And
even the ATD, alternative detention, these people are released on some sort of boarding procedures. And here's another thing. ICE has decreased
significantly how many of those people are no longer on GPS. They used to be on an echo monitor or phone that track

What is it that you're suggesting? I mean,
you know, based on these numbers,

are here.
Over 400, 000
convicted criminals
are now roaming the country.
What are you suggesting this could look like when you call it the perfect storm.
Well, people are saying, you know, we talked about crime up in this country. And of course, then the left push back. There's no such thing as a migrant crime search. Yes, there is, and this is more evidence of it. And look, Kamala Harris is not going to fix the border. Matter of fact, she should be ashamed even going to the border because
she broke it. We handed this administration the most secure border in my lifetime, and they unsecured it on purpose. She compared ICE to the KKK.
She attacked the men of the horse patrol, board patrol horse patrol, condom races. They have opened the floodgate. And remember this, Secretary Mallorca has told ICE, you can't even look for somebody who is in the country illegally. That's what convicted a mysterious crime. And so, you know, most illegal hands are running around free knowing that no one's looking for them because they policy this administration.
Look, I'll say it again. This is why we need President Trump back in office, who will number 1, secure the border and catch release and get hold sanctuary cities accountable.
Sanctuary cities, even some sheriffs will say, well, we're a sanctuary
because we want victims and witnesses of alien crime
to feel welcome to come and report that crime without fear of us working with ICE. That is a stone cold lie because victims and witnesses of a crime don't want the bad guy released back in their community to take revenge. And so I said sanctuary cities are sanctuary of criminals and Bill mentioned that when you release the bad
guy from the county jail ICE is going to do the job and go look for that person and that's going to put the officer at great risk because he's gonna access we don't know what weapons when he was in a safety and security of the jail. It puts the immigrant community at greater risk of crime because a bad guy's gonna go back in that community to reoffend. It puts the immigrant community at greater risk of ICE arrest because when we go find that bad guy he's probably gonna be with others that weren't even on the radar. And I would tell any politician who's leaving sanctuary cities, go to the immigrant community and ask them 1 simple question. Would you rather have ice in the jail or in the community? They most say the jail Because immigrant communities, even though many across this country are legally, they buy their law here illegally, most are God fearing
people that want to protect their families too. So they don't want predators in their neighborhoods either. So this is another
barrier of the Harris
administration
that can only be fixed
by putting Donald Trump back in office and do what we did best. Making that border the most secure border we've ever had and that was proven by data that's not that's just a stone-cold fact and taking the handcuffs off ICE so I can go look for these people who are here illegally and convicted of the most heinous crimes. Let ICE do their job. They're good at it, but you gotta let them do it.
